Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note:
- All returns must be in original condition with tags attached
- We cannot accept returns on final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or bodysuits
- White dresses and satin garments must be returned in pristine condition
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest quality standards for our customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or made-to-order graduation outfits
- Items marked as “Final Sale” during special promotions
- Any garments with removed tags or signs of wear
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your Ladies Clothing Shop purchase:
- Initiate your return: Email our fashion advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below.
- Package your items: Securely pack the unworn items with original tags in the original packaging if possible.
- Ship your return: Send your package to our Dundee address (provided in your return authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Exchange Process
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color (subject to availability):
- Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you’d like an exchange
- In your email, specify the replacement item you’d prefer
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)
Note: For fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while processing your return separately.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit cards: 3-5 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours of processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
